How It Works
With a comprehensive process and custom designed estate plans, we can assist with small to large taxable estates. With our help, your plan will provide for all your loved ones, including pets and charities, with solutions that meet both your simple and complex health and financial needs. Deciding What Plan is Right for You
When you call in, we will schedule a consultation meeting to go over all of your questions and decide on what type of plan is right for you. In this meeting you will go over your intake form with your attorney and they will make a plan recommendation.
Drafting Your System
There will then be a design meeting. This meeting is where you can lay out all of your concerns with your attorney so they can be addressed in your system. We will then take all of the information you provided and start drafting.
Signing and Funding
Once the drafts are finished. You will receive copies for review. You will then reach out with any questions or concerns and we will make changes accordingly. Then you will come in to sign your documents and discuss the funding of your system.
